For 3 decades we have been making maple syrup for other people, 4 years ago we purchased 54 acres of raw woods and now have 1700 taps. We us all stainless steel equipment, and a wood fired evaporator. At the 2014 Maple Festival we received a Blue Ribbon- Excellent award for our Grade A Fancy Syrup (Golden). We were very fussy about the syrup that we entered in that contest and we are just as fussy about what we send to customers. We do not sell or make Grade B Syrup.
